Hey guys, In this video I will introduce you different dry process of denim washing....Dry process of denim change the visual appearance of denim pant by mechanical abrasion without altering the construction and properties.stay with me until the video over.......

Whisker:

It is the first process of dry process section in garments washing. Whisker is done with the help of sharp edge emery paper rolled on fine wood stick or pasted on plastic material.

Hand sand or scraping:
Hand sand is step which is generally being done in rigid form of garments to get distress look.Locations can be front thigh and back seat.

Tagging:
Tagging is a process which is being done by swift tag machine with the help of plastic or nylon tag pins in rigid form of garment to get very heavy contrast on waist belt, bottom hems, back pocket and front pocket corners

Grinding:
Grinding is being done on pocket edges and bottom hems edges by running against abrasion surface or stone to achieved worn out effect.

Destroy:
Destory is one of the most popular distressing effect currently.destroy make denim look unique and used.

PP spray:
Potassium per-manganate is sprayed in specific parts of the garment which remove the color and make old looking.

3D:
It is create 3 dimensional effect on denim washing..
