Shedding: Shedding is the process by which warp yarns are divided into two layers.
Picking: Picking is the process by which weft yarns are inserted between two layers of warp yarn like top layer and bottom layer.
Beating: Pushing the newly inserted weft yarn into the fell of the cloth.
Let off motion: Causes unwinding of warp yarn from the warp beam.
Take up motion: Causes rolling of the cloth into cloth roller.
